Before booking, please read the following
You will need to free up time for self-study. The course is experiential and rooted in practice – which will be your main teacher. What we cover in week 2 will depend on you havning worked with the material from week 1. So, to make the most out of your participation, make at least some time available at the beginning and end of each day and an hour in the day after each session to read through notes and begin any exercises. If you can't commit to this, then reconsider joining.
The course will run weekly for six weeks, same weekday and time. Each session starts promptly at the advertised time and lasts for 90 minutes with optional extra time at the end for further discussion for those that want to stay.
You will also need a reliable wifi connection and a zoom video conferencing setup on a tablet, lap top or pc, in a distraction free environment on your own. Participants will feel more comfortable speaking openly if they know they’re not being overheard. It is also ideal if we can all share our video to best approximate face to face communication. Please be ready to begin at the start time.
Refund policy.
Please only book on the course if you can make it to each of the sessions. If for any reason you need to cancel attending the whole course, please can you give at least a week’s notice to enable someone else to join. Full refunds will be given with notice of a week or more.
